Restorative Yoga and Acupuncture

June 7 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

$40

We are so excited to combine the wonderful healing properties of Acupuncture with a Restorative Yoga practice. Are you curious about how Acupuncture could improve your health?

Meet Haley Budiac, the owner and acupuncturist at Belle Vie Wellness in Menomonee Falls. Haley graduated from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Racine, Wisconsin with a Masters in Chinese Medicine and a Bachelors in Nutritional sciences in 2022. She fell in love with this medicine when she was introduced to it since Acupuncture gave her the space and opportunity for change to occur within her own life and she strives to give that back to others along their own journeys.

During our class students will have the choice of ear seeds or Yin Tang. Ear seeds, a form of auriculotherapy, is safe, natural and non invasive in nature. These tiny seeds, are placed on specific points of the ear to stimulate various reflex zones and meridians. Ear seed benefits include: stress reduction, pain relief, improved sleep, digestive support, enhance mental clarity, and supports the immune system.

Yin tang, also known as the “Hall of Impression” or the “Third Eye Point”, is located between the eyebrows. It holds significant importance in Traditional Chinese Medicine and offers a wide range of benefits for physical and emotional well-being. Yin tang is known for its calming and soothing effects on the nervous system. Yin tang benefits include: emotional balancing, eye strain and headache relief, reduced stress, mental fatigue, anxiety, and insomnia. This treatment will be done during our last pose of shavasana. Our restorative postures are done either seated or lying down with long, beneficial holds with plenty of props to support the body. Please bring your own mat.
