Rhonda began practicing yoga 8 years ago after struggling with a repetitive shoulder injury. She signed up for a spinal release event ,held at peace yoga in September 2018, and was drawn to the innate ability for our bodies to release deep tensions along our spine. The nurturing slow moving poses, supported with props, was just what her mind and body needed. That single session inspired Rhonda to sign up for spinal release yoga teaching certification in October 2018. Self care home practices have evolved into teaching this restorative healing style of yoga to others.
