Kristen has been practicing yoga since 2001. Yoga has been a powerful tool for her to connect with herself, gain clarity and find inner peace through the ups and downs of life. She felt called to share this healing practice with others and in 2020, she became a 200-hour certified yoga teacher.
Her classes are designed to help her students find balance through mindful self-care practices. She enjoys guiding students to slow down and mindfully connect movement with breath to become deeply grounded and centered during the practice.
She encourages students to carry the blissful feeling of inner peace and confidence off the mat and create a sustainable yoga practice for further self-development and discovery.
