Keri started taking yoga classes in college and fell in love with the mind body connection. After practicing for 20 years Keri fulfilled her dream to become a 200-hour certified yoga teacher in 2020. Keri teaches vinyasa flow yoga, yoga for seniors and chair yoga, yoga for people with trauma and PTSD, kids and teen yoga, barre yoga fusion, and prenatal yoga. Her goal is to provide classes that are accessible and welcoming for all people.
Keri practices yoga to find balance in her busy life. Yoga allows her to quiet her mind and utilize her breath for healing and she enjoys sharing these practices with her classes. Stretching and a flow of yoga poses provide both a physical and mental benefit allowing everyone to leave class feeling relaxed and refreshed. Keri teaches yoga at her workplace, at fitness centers, for private clients and is excited to officially join the team at Peace Yoga Studio.
