Join us for our three-week Yin Yoga series designed to help you release tension and nourish connective tissue and fascia. Are you intrigued to find out more about Yin Yoga? The term Yin comes from the Taoist tradition and refers to the parts of us that are more still or static. In Yin Yoga we strive for stillness in the body with postures that are held much longer, many times as long as 4 minutes. The practice is done lying down or seated and the student will want to dress in layers because the body can become quite cool. The practice is deeply healing and nourishing. Join us for this look at Yin, we will begin with a short discussion and enjoy a full practice of Yin. You will leave feeling calm and reconnected with your natural rhythm. Series runs Dec. 3, 10, 17th. 3 Weeks for $50 ($20 Drop in rate) Instructor: Stephanie
