This three-week Yin Yoga series focuses on deep connective tissue, joint health, and mindful relaxation. Through slow, floor-based postures held for extended periods, we’ll encourage mobility, circulation, and a sense of ease in both body and mind. Each week builds on the last, offering space to unwind, restore, and simply be.
Ideal for all levels—especially those feeling tight, tired, or overstimulated. You will leave feeling calm and reconnected with your natural rhythm. Series runs Mar. 4, 11, 18th. 3 Weeks for $50 ($20 Drop in rate) Instructor: Stephanie
