NEW SERIES! Are you feeling wiped out from the hectic pace of the holiday season? Whether you spent your time planning and hosting events, attending socials with friends and family, or working in an industry that helped others create beautiful memories (while cultivating your magic) we could all use a RESET starting 2024.
Join us on Sundays to find balance and RESET yourself in this NEW 4 Week Series to begin your new year. Each session in the series will guide your body through lengthening and healing poses that you can utilize at the start of your day, and with long held calming poses to finish your day.
