Sunflower Yoga – July

🌻 One of our favorite outdoor experiences is at the beautiful Lannon Sunflower Farm! This is where nature becomes your studio and the horizon sets your mind free. The sunflowers were planted in mid May and will show their sunny faces in July and August while all of the beautiful wildflowers and zinnias are in full bloom. The peaceful countryside surrounds us on 40 acres of property located at W204 N8525 Lannon Road, Menomonee Falls (close to the intersection of Menomonee Avenue and Lannon Road). Let’s take deep breaths of fresh farm air and enjoy peaceful nature sounds. Please bring your own mat for this gentle, all levels practice. This event is weather permitting.
