Amidst today’s hustle culture, stress can often feel like an endless stream of energy constantly bombarding us from all directions, which can leave us disconnected and anxious. In this breathwork session, we’ll anchor into the truth that peace is available within, no matter the external chaos. We’ll focus on grounding techniques and breathwork designed to calm the nervous system, reducing the body’s stress response. This practice helps quiet the mind, soften the body, and release anxiety, making space for inner tranquility. As you breathe deeply into your body, you’ll connect with the Source energy, feeling more centered, safe, and at home within yourself.

Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
