Celebrate International Mind-Body Wellness Day with a powerful breathwork session designed to reset and rejuvenate your nervous system. This class will guide you through reflecting on the past year, conducting an energy inventory, and preparing for the year ahead. Through breath and intention, we’ll release old patterns and expand our energetic capacity to welcome in new possibilities. This is an opportunity to honor the time and space of your journey, cultivate your desires for the future, and nurture the new version of yourself that’s emerging.

This session led by Morgan Hallenbeck, certified Somatic Breathwork facilitator. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
