Welcome to NeuroSanctuary—a deeply calming, brain-loving breathwork journey designed to soothe mental fatigue, regulate sensory overwhelm, and awaken inner clarity. Created in honor of Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month, this class merges somatic science with sacred stillness to help you rewire from chaos to calm. Whether you’re neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or simply burned out, this space is for you.
Modern life overstimulates our brains and nervous systems, leaving us foggy, fried, and fatigued. Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and those healing from chronic stress or cognitive strain need more than rest—we need intentional, embodied recovery. This class supports neural restoration through breath, stillness, sound, and sensation, creating the conditions for mental clarity, emotional grounding, and nervous system peace.

Theta drop visualization for resetting the overactive mind
Integration through music, silence, and gentle journaling to reflect on what clarity feels like in the body
Optional: Bring a weighted blanket, use provided eye pillows, or somatic props for enhanced co-regulation

This session led by Morgan Hallenbeck, certified Somatic Breathwork facilitator. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort. We will take up to 10 participants for this special class, please sign up soon.
