The Breath of Rest: A Sleep-Focused Workshop & Journey

Rest is not a luxury—it is a necessity.

This session explores the seven types of rest—physical, mental, emotional, sensory, creative, social, spiritual, a nervous system rest—and how breathwork can support each. Many of us struggle with sleep due to overstimulation, stress, or habits that keep our nervous system activated.

In this deeply restorative practice, you’ll learn breath techniques to prepare your body for sleep, reset circadian rhythms, and soothe an overactive mind. We will also create personalized rest plans to carry beyond the session.

What You’ll Experience:

Guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system before sleep.
Somatic movement and vagus nerve activation for deep relaxation.
A personalized rest assessment to identify your unique sleep disruptors.
Optional: Magnesium or tart cherry samples to support natural melatonin production.

This session led by Morgan Hallenbeck, certified Somatic Breathwork facilitator. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
