As nature flourishes in May, so can we. This special breathwork session is inspired by the Full Moon on May 12th, which illuminates inner wisdom, clarity, and purpose, and the New Moon on May 27th, which marks a powerful time for new beginnings.

Just as plants thrive in fertile soil, we can create inner space to nurture our dreams, desires, and intentions. Science shows that mindful practices — like breathwork — can reduce the brain’s default mode network (the part linked to overthinking) and increase theta brainwave activity, the state associated with insight, creativity, and clarity.

In this session, we’ll explore how to release stagnant emotions and limiting beliefs that block our growth. With each breath, you’ll prepare fertile ground within yourself — a space where your intentions can take root and flourish.

What You’ll Experience:

Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
