Meditation & Mudras (4 Week Series)

Deepen your Meditation Practice Series

Meditation has been scientifically proven to relieve stress, reduce blood pressure, enhance concentration, increase joy and happiness, and help us calmly deal with life’s challenges. The most important reason to meditate is to become spiritually aware, realize our existence at the level of the soul and open up an entirely new perspective.

Each week we will engage with a new mudra (a symbolic gesture typically using the hands) and guided meditation to deepen the experience and journey through the five essential steps of meditation.

Welcoming Thoughts and Feelings
Awakening Clear Seeing
Effortless Meditation
Experiencing Unity

Practice will be held each Wednesday night in March from 6:45 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.

Cost: $35 (for the full series), $12 (drop-in for one class)

You are also welcome to attend yoga class prior to the meditation series from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. You must purchase a yoga class pass separately. You can still join the meditation practice, even if you don’t come to Yoga class.
