Exercises combine breath work, movement, and meditation to help facilitate balance and wellbeing throughout a person’s entire system.

In this session, participants will be introduced to the basics of QiGong: Focusing the mind, feeling and guiding breath, reducing tension and stress, and remaining present in the body and the moment.
