Unwind and reconnect in this balanced, hour-long class designed to soothe the nervous system and quiet a busy mind. The session begins with centering and a gentle 45-minute Hatha yoga practice. Poses are held with intention, focusing on mindful alignment, breath synchronization, and subtle strengthening.
Then we transition into a 15 minute guided meditation, providing a dedicated space to cultivate mindfulness and inner peace.
This is a practice of ease and awareness, suitable for all levels, including beginners. Prepare to leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. Class runs Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28th. $65 for series, $20 drop ins welcome, monthly unlimited members pay only $20 for series.
