Join Allison Gugala, a certified barre instructor and previous owner of Barre District for a Tabata Barre Flow class. This is a 60-minute ballet and yoga inspired Tabata style workout. Gain strength and confidence as you balance and move through basic poses. Class is Tabata style where you will engage in a pose hold, move, or cardio burst for 20 second intervals followed by a 10 second rest. The class will end with a guided muscle relaxation created for beginners. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes. A small take home gift is included in the cost of the class.
