Amy Steffen

My name is Amy Steffen and I am honored for the opportunity to be an instructor at Peace.  I have loved this studio for years and am thrilled to join this amazing team.

Just a little about myself- I have lived right here in the Falls for the last ten years. I previously taught at the YMCA and had a great experience there. I look forward to having a great experience at Peace. I am a mother of three wonderful kids and a goldendoodle. I work fulltime at an assisted living facility enriching people’s lives in their last chapter of life.

As far as yoga goes, I am a firm believer in the beautiful benefits it has to offer physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I look forward to sharing my gift with the Peace Yoga family.
