Kathy Adams

Kathy began practicing yoga nearly twenty years ago during her second pregnancy. She was looking for more energy and relief of minor back pain. Initially she was hooked on how great she felt when she practiced regularly. Eventually that led to an overall feeling of well being as Kathy began to incorporate yoga and it’s teachings into her daily life. Taking her first certification class and embracing the idea of teaching was life changing for her. Yoga has helped Kathy to balance her life, find peace and calmness in the craziness of our busy world and provide fulfillment through teaching. She truly enjoys sharing her love of yoga and helping others begin their yoga journey!
