Teresa began practicing yoga over a decade ago after a running injury encouraged her to try other forms of movement. She was hooked after her first asana and her love of yoga continues to grow. She realized that yoga was an integral part of helping her to again run injury free and wanted to share that passion and love of yoga with others. She has been teaching since 2012 and absolutely loves to help people find their happy and comfortable place both on and off the mat. Her classes encourage students to explore their own edge mindfully and with awareness, growing and strengthening their yoga practice in a safe environment.
