Sheri was first introduced to Yoga by taking a class that combined Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.
She fell in love with Yoga and began teaching it in 2003. She was amazed at how good it made her feel and how her body responded to it. One of the best things about Yoga is that anyone can do it. Sheri’s passion is sharing Yoga with others and helping them get started on their Yoga journey.
