True Beginner Series – 3 Weeks

Join us for our very first True Beginner Series! This new class is a slow paced introduction to yoga for someone with no prior experience. We will spend time each week building knowledge of the yoga discipline. In this safe environment poses or asanas will be explored in detail allowing for learning at ones own pace. Handouts will be provided with a summary of each week for home study. Please bring your own mat, other props are available in the studio. Instructor: Betsy
