Join our new 3 week series for an accessible approach to meditation. This visualized meditation practice is perfect for those who are new to meditation. 6 Phase meditation puts six of the most health inducing practices in one unified approach for today’s hectic life. The studio welcomes Coleen Zinda, a certified life and meditation coach. Following her career in healthcare, Coleen’s passion is to lead groups in mindfulness and meditation helping to increase energy, focus and creativity. Up level your life with 6 Phase Meditation focusing on compassion, gratitude, forgiveness, dreams for the future, creating your perfect day and finally blessings to bring it all together. Coleen will utilize two phases each week in a guided visualization meditation. During week two, we will focus on fine-tuning our dreams for the future. We will create a vision board to help manifest the life we have imagined. 3 Week Series cost $45, drop in cost $20
