Opening the Portal: A Somatic Breathwork Journey from Head to Heart

Shift from overthinking into deeper embodiment by attuning to your intuitive mind and heart space. This session is an invitation to journey inward, quiet the noise of stress, and reconnect with your essence through breath and sensory awareness.

What You’ll Experience:

-Somatic practices to help descend from the mind into the body.
-Stress-relieving breathwork to invite calm and connection.
-A nurturing space to tune into your intuitive self and sense of being.

This session led by Morgan Hallenbeck, certified Somatic Breathwork facilitator. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort. We will take up to 10 participants for this special class, please sign up soon.
