Your nervous system is like an electrical circuit — designed to keep you safe but easily overwhelmed when stress patterns take over. If you’ve ever felt stuck in survival mode, unable to fully relax, or caught in cycles of overthinking or emotional reactivity, your wiring may be firing on outdated circuits.

Just like muscles develop memory through repetition, your nervous system can be trained to shift from fight-or-flight into rest-and-repair with intention and practice. Breathwork and somatic techniques are powerful tools to rewire these stress patterns — creating space for calm, clarity, and ease.

In this session, we’ll combine somatic awareness, intentional breath patterns, and mindfulness techniques to help your system develop greater flexibility — meaning you can bounce back faster from stress, stay grounded during challenges, and feel safer in your body.

This session led by Morgan Hallenbeck, certified Somatic Breathwork facilitator. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
