This breathwork journey is a sanctuary for the overwhelmed heart, the overactive mind, and the overgiving body. Designed for those navigating people-pleasing, burnout, ADHD overwhelm, and perfectionism, this session invites you to return home to your body — not by force, but through radical softness with boundary setting. You’ll learn to say “no” with love, to release mental clutter without shame, and to reclaim your right to rest without guilt. Rest from the resistance and let it be easy. Blending somatic shaking with deep parasympathetic breath and vocal toning, this class guides you from wildfire to stillness — from overstimulation to sovereign self-trust. It’s about soft power — the kind of strength that doesn’t scream, hustle, or overfunction, but stands rooted, clear, and self-honoring.

Join Morgan Hallenbeck, a Somatic Breathwork facilitator for an amazing experience of somatic breathing. It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you. Learn breath techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, conquer limiting beliefs, release stories that no longer serve you, process trauma, gain emotional clarity, reconnect with yourself, deepen your spirituality, and so much more. This session is typically done lying down on your mat. Feel free to bring a pen/journal and wear layered clothing for warmth. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for your comfort.
