PIYO is the yoga blend class that uses muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. This class is for anyone wanting a little more intensity with a nice calorie burn. You may generate a little sweat as the class moves more quickly. PiYo is for all levels of fitness and is done barefoot on your mat. Join us for our 4 week series this Winter. Drop ins are welcome at $15/class. Instructor: Mary Ellen Klaver
