Peaceful Friday Night combines the restorative benefits of Yin Yoga\, personalized wellness treatments\, and meditation to create a deeply calming experience. \nWhat to Expect \nThe evening begins with a nourishing Yin Yoga practice featuring long-held postures performed while seated or lying down. During class\, each participant will receive their choice of one of the following treatments: \nChoose One Treatment: \nA. Upper Body Massage\nRelax tight muscles and release built-up tension. \nB. Foot Scrub & Massage\nEnjoy hot towels\, an exfoliating salt scrub\, moisturizing treatment\, and soothing foot massage. \nC. Outer Ear Acupressure or Acupuncture\nA gentle\, painless\, and highly calming treatment designed to promote relaxation and balance. \nD.
