Do you have a longing to bring more calmness into your life? To settle and be still? In this session we will begin to explore the wonderful world of guided meditation. This is designed for anyone who would like to start and maintain a practice of meditation. You will be introduced to some of the basic postures for meditation, and each student will have a chance to find the posture that is most comfortable and well aligned. We’ll explore how to bring attention to the breath, how to navigate the noisy mind, and how to keep going when you feel like you want to quit. This session is for the newly inspired meditator, as well as the seasoned practitioner seeking more ease in the practice. Instructor: Betsy
