“Living Your Yoga” Book Club

Learn to take yoga off the mat to deepen your relationships with yourself, your family and friends and the world around you. In “Living Your Yoga”, Judith Lasater stretches the meaning of yoga beyond its familiar poses and breathing techniques to include the events of daily life. Each chapter can be read in under 15 minutes and highlights a concept that provides you the opportunity to practice your yoga in daily life.

Kristen will facilitate a 4-week discussion on Wednesday nights, February 7, 14, 21, 28th from 6:45 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.

Cost: $35 (Book cost not included)

You are also welcome to attend Kristen’s yoga class prior to book club from 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. You must purchase a yoga class pass separately. You can still join the book club, even if you don’t come to yoga class.

How to Prepare
Before February 7, please purchase Living your Yoga: Finding the Spiritual in Everyday Life (Second Edition) by Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., P.T.
In preparation for our first session, read the introduction and chapter 1.
