A Journey Of Mindfulness Through Yin Movement
Join us for this beautiful combination of guided meditation and long held Yin poses. Are you seeking more peace and well being in your life? Meditation is the ultimate reset for your overstimulated nervous system. Time spent with your body and mind in a truly relaxed and secure state provides lasting benefits for our entire psyche. Yin Yoga is a practice of seated or lying poses gently working the ligaments, joints and fascia-the structure of the body that holds us together. Poses will be held up to 4-5 minutes to allow time for the muscular body to relax. Each pose will have a special meditation to connect body and mind. This deep reset will include guided imagery and light breathing practices to help you discover your most natural state of ease. Class includes your own special intention stone to take home and soft heated paper eye masks to wear throughout the evening. Class is led by Barb B.
