This interactive workshop, led by Stacy Scherzer from Health in Balance Physical Therapy in Germantown, will teach you how Pelvic Health Physical Therapy can help with these common problems and why kegels alone may not be the answer. Stacy has a doctorate in physical therapy and is a pelvic health specialist. Learn about the role of the pelvic floor muscles and its nearby teammates. Begin a practice of integrating pelvic floor movement into your yoga and movement routines.* Come prepared for gentle movement and yoga poses. Workshop is part lecture/discussion and part movement work. Stacy is passionate about helping men and women return to fitness and activity with a strong, coordinated and pain-free pelvic floor!
