Barre Concept – New 4 Week Series!
This popular 4 week series is a hybrid class of Yoga, Pilates and use of a ballet barre for flexibility, balance and strength. We will follow the concept and structure of a regular barre class but we will use chairs instead of the barre. This class incorporates use of bands in addition to low impact, and body resistance movements. No dance, Yoga or Pilates experience is necessary.
