Carrie received her IYT 200 hour certification with Inner Light Yoga and has been teaching yoga for 7 years. She started practicing yoga 19 years ago when she was suffering from postpartum depression after having her first daughter who is now a college freshman.
Carrie says, “Yoga was the guiding light that brought me back from the dark.”
She teaches mostly Hatha and slow vinyasa classes and loves hosting sound baths and guided meditations.
Carrie is also a florist and interior designer and loves anything creative. She has two teenage daughters, a husband, and two dogs. She loves paddle boarding and hiking and going to their cabin in Minoqua.
Carrie practices yoga and meditation every morning and what she brings to the mat to teach is what she lives and practices daily. Carrie wants to share the gift of a yogic lifestyle with as many people as possible, spreading loving kindness.
