Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy with an additional emphasis on Psychology, I started my career path in the health and wellness field. In addition, I went on to earn an Associate’s Degree in Paramedics and a certification in family trauma and life coaching. My life coaching practice involves helping my clients define their goals, discover their passion and uncover any blocks to living a healthy and happy life.
Currently, I am the director of two rehabilitation therapy departments at skilled nursing/rehab facilities. I also served the Menomonee Falls community for 17 years as a proud EMT/ Paramedic of the Fire Dept.
My current career path is all about helping others create a powerful and productive lifestyle and helping them reach their goals in all areas of their life. I enjoy working with individuals and families to create a satisfying life through problem solving, goal setting and finding and removing the blocks and stressors that hinder growth and wellness. Working on the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional areas of life, I strive to assist in helping my clients be all they can be.
My personal life joyfully consists of 4 children, all married with 6 wonderful grandkids and another on the way.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 4-9pm
Saturday noon – 6pm

First introduction session $45.00
60 minute session $65.00
Sessions last from one hour. Two hour sessions as desired, with second hour $45.00
