Stephanie has always enjoyed group exercise. She is motivated by others to push herself. In 2013 she became an instructor for BodyFlow. She loved how the movement and music blended together like a dance. Stephanie quickly added other yoga formats and barre to her teaching.
She feels that yoga is good for everyone’s mind and body and that everyone can use more intentionality, flexibility, balance, and strength. She is excited when someone who is new to yoga takes her class. She loves hearing a student say they have experienced more flexibility since beginning yoga or that it has helped relieve stress in their life. Stephanie’s classes are designed to challenge and inspire students to be their best.
